TeacherDance, that is! Literacy Coach Linda Baie discusses BookSpeak at her blog TeacherDance today. Her post took me back to my own teaching days, when I got to talk daily with kids about books they loved (and hated). When students would gather around to describe to me, in great detail, the plot of a book I had recommended to them:>) Those book discussions, along with reading kids’ writing assignments, were my favorite part of teaching.
