I’m excited about making the move to WordPress. Those of you who followed me on LiveJournal, thanks for coming over!
Throughout the month of November, I’ll spiffy up my new home here. Think of this as a housewarming party. If you guys will hang out with me, I can get a lot of work done. You don’t even have to actually DO any work–just your presence will motivate me to unpack some boxes and get organized!

I feel your pain! Jama had to move for the same reason – I love my WordPress blog; it’s wonderful.
My only fear of WP is that it can be hard for non-WP people to comment on. I remember having issues for months where I couldn’t comment on yours. And I’ve already gotten one Comment on my new blog from an LJ reader who had trouble. Fingers crossed!
Once you’re into WordPress, my info comes right up, though. I like your new site. Best wishes & for the sales of your book. Lots of talk about it!

Thanks, Jen! Sorry to hear that. That was my one hesitation. I hate having to login to WordPress every time I want to comment on a blog there. Even with an account, it was time-consuming. Now that I HAVE a blog, it defaults and lets me comment easily. But for people not blogging on WP, I think it’s still an issue. I’m hoping they’ll fix that at some point!
Oh gosh–I didn’t even think of that! That seems unfair since your money is worth more than ours, isn’t it?! Anyway, thank you so much for the kind words.
